Did this because both PC's had the stuck "Pending downloads" issue.
We'll see if that helps with the "Pending Download" for Windows Updates. If users are having Internet problems or Windows Update problems, it is a good idea to shut down your devices and reboot your modem, than your router. Since new Windows 10 builds are a new version of Windows 10, drivers and network devices that get changed via new version updates can sometimes get corrupted.
